The TERSAGO Impact Program, TIP, offers organizations an off-the-shelf program to help increase the gender diversity in their senior leader talent pipeline. The program draws on the latest research findings and change management best practices to offer effective training and facilitate change within your company. Delivered within your company
Most programs offer courses outside of the company setting to people from various organizations. We do not. This program works because it is delivered within your company: addressing your specific culture, promoting behavioral change within the system, and fostering loyalty and a sense of community.
High potential women
TIP targets high potential women so that you can increase the representation of women in your senior leadership pipeline. Over the course of 5 months your nominees learn skills, techniques and useful beliefs to help them progress their careers in leadership and advance diversity within their organization.
Diversity in leadership is not a women's issue. It is an organizational one. And the benefits to men, both professionally and personally, are often overlooked or underplayed. Biases and stereotypes can put unnecessary constraints on men too. The program takes this broader outlook and includes several sessions with management and male leaders.
